At Pressed In Metal, each sign is custom-crafted just for you. If your order arrives damaged or there was an error on our part, we’ll make it right.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrived damaged (e.g., shipping damage, scratches that affect the image)

  • The item is incorrect (e.g., wrong design or size)

Please note: We do not offer returns for buyer’s remorse or custom orders delivered as described.

📄 What You’ll Need

  • A photo of the issue (for damaged or incorrect items)

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

📬 How to Start a Return

Email us at studio@pressedinmetal.com with your order details and a brief description of the issue.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and return instructions.

⚠️ Please do not send any items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

🔄 Exchanges

Because every print is custom made, we do not offer exchanges. Please double-check your selections before ordering.

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

🚚 Shipping Timeline

Orders are typically made and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Once shipped, tracking will be provided. Delivery takes approximately 2–7 business days within the U.S. depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
