3. Can I upload a phone photo?

Absolutely. We accept images from smartphones and cameras. We’ll review the quality and send you a proof before printing to make sure your photo looks great on metal.

4. Do you send a proof before printing?

Yes, we email you a digital proof for approval. If we don’t hear back within 48 hours, we move forward with the best version based on your submission.

5. How long does shipping take?

Our prints are handcrafted and typically ship within 1–2 business days after proof approval. Shipping times vary by location but usually take 2–5 business days within the U.S.

6. Is shipping free?

Yes — we offer free U.S. shipping on orders of 2 or more metal prints.

7. Can I order a gift for someone else?

Yes! Many of our customers order gifts for family and friends. You can enter a separate shipping address at checkout. Want to include a message? Email us after placing your order and we’ll take care of it.
